Ms. Jennifer Gamble

Biography

Ms. Gamble began her career as an educator in 1999, teaching Visual Arts to grades K-8. One of her most rewarding teaching experiences was painting a mural with her students that was sent to her brother while he was serving in Operation Enduring Freedom. As an assistant principal in Florida since 2014, Ms. Gamble has been instrumental in leading Professional Learning Communities, overseeing safety protocols, and coordinating resources for diverse educational programs. She has led initiatives such as the Multi-Tiered Support System for student interventions and coordinates diverse programs such as STEM and PBIS. In her prior roles, Ms. Gamble has served as assistant principal at Sebastian Middle School, Fruit Cove Middle School and St. Johns Technical High School, where she managed Exceptional Student Education departments and implemented comprehensive school improvement strategies.

Beyond her administrative roles, Ms. Gamble has contributed to future educator development as an adjunct professor at Flagler College and Clinical Education Trainer. She has also served as a Peer Evaluator, providing formative feedback on instructional practices and professional development to new teachers. Ms. Gamble’s dedication to educational excellence extends to her accreditation work with Cognia, where she contributed to improving school districts across multiple states.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Art Education from Florida International University, followed by a Master of Educational Leadership from the American College of Education in 2013. Ms. Gamble holds current certifications in Educational Leadership, Art Education K-12, and Integrated Curriculum Grades 5-9 in Florida.

Ms. Gamble’s achievements include recognition as Gamble Rogers Middle School's Teacher of the Year in 2007 and her National Board Certification in Early Adolescent Young Adult Art from 2004-2014. She collaborated with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and spearheaded the first Elevating and Celebrating Teachers and Teaching Conference (ECET2) in St. Johns County. She participates in various committees and professional organizations with the intention to learn and inspire by focusing on student success and educational excellence
